Ordering through the website independently

 As in a classical store, first you need to find a product on the website you wish to order. Then you choose your desired size and quantity of shoes. Once you've completed these steps, click Add to Cart. A window will open to confirm items You chose. If You want to go back and buy more products, click Continue shopping. If you have finished selecting products, click on Order.  You will be redirected to the Shopping cart, where you can view all the products in your shopping list. There You can change the amount of shoes you ordered and cancel the item that you do not want. If you are finished with the changes, or you have nothing to change, click on Subscribe.


 Link takes you to the registration page. If you have ordered on our website previously you only need to click on the right side Already have an account? and enter your email and password. If you are ordering for the first time, it is necessary to register on our website by filling out all fields. When everything is completed properly, click on the Register. If your shipping details does not match the address you already tipped in, please select the Enter new shipping address and enter other relevant information if necessary.  

Conclude ordering

 Double-check your order when you're sure it's okay - Select the payment method and use the Comments field to enter additional information if needed. Last step for making order is click on Sending order. Orders will receive directly on your mail. In the price of each item VAT is included and delivery is free.  Order by phone

 Through our online store, there are two methods of payment: 

Cash on Delivery payment means the amount of the purchase You will pay when goods are deliver to your address. Payment is made in cash to courier that brings the shipment. Please gather the exact amount of money because courier is not able to give you back the change.

Over the account after you place your order, you will receive all the necessary information for payment through invoice. It is necessary that the amount of your order is paid on account of the company Safran Ltd. - Bank Intesa 160-325537-61. The purpose of the payment is - Internet shop online. Delivery will be made only after payment is confirmed by the bank, and we see the money on our account.

Delivery and Returns

 Delivery costs are not included in the product price and they are free of charge. Delivery in Serbia (excluding Kosovo) is performed by our partner courier agency AKS. Delivery time is 3-5 working days. If it happens that delivery is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. If you do not belong to the territory of the shipping company AKS, please contact us to agree on how to send your package, but then you pay shipping costs.

How do I take delivery?

 Courier shipments are made at the delivery address during the period of 8-16 h. Please provide at that time a person who can take delivery. When You receive delivery it is needed to review the package in case there are any visible damage. If you notice that the bag suffer significant damage and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is alright You should take it and sign the courier shipping label.

Except in the case of payment on delivery, during delivery, You don’t have to pay to courier anything because you already paid order. Courier deliver every shipment to your address on two occasions. The usual practice is that if Courier doesn’t find you on address, he calls you on the phone that you left when you create purchase and contracts a new delivery time. If you then do not find the address, the package will be returned to us within 7 days. When we receive package, we will contact you to determine the reason for returning and agreed to do the re-sending. During the second sending you bear the cost of shipping.  


 If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the goods are damaged, or your shoes does not fit, please contact us immediately by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the goods. Substitution of inappropriate shoes

 If you find that the number of ordered shoes doesn’t fit You, we can send a replacement. Replacement or shoes is free of charge if you comply with previous conditions, also if it is first replacement and if shoes are not both on during promo actions.  If after a certain period of time, up to 6 months of using shoes that you bought through notice considerable damage (shoes have to be used in accordance with the label declaration), and is under guarantee, please contact 011/2013-998 and 011/2013-997. Defective product, under these conditions, will be replaced with the same model or in the event that we are unable to replace it, given the state of the stock, you can choose another model, and if it is more expensive, you have to pay the difference in amount.   Please be sure to keep the fiscal account through duration of the guarantee period, because without it you will not be able to get the requirements for reclamation. In the event that we are unable to replace item, we will refund you to your bank account.
